本系統研究帳號申請流程：
1、使用者來信提出申請 webmaster@rdc.cwb.gov.tw
2、使用者填寫系統所回覆的申請表單並回傳至 webmaster@rdc.cwb.gov.tw
3、經審核程序通過申請資格，即開設使用帳號並e-mail通知使用者
